1099-NEC Nonemployee Compensation Form

IMPORTANT: 1099-MISC / 1099-NEC Requirements!

If you need to report nonemployee compensation for the 2021 tax year, you will need to use the 1099-NEC form instead of form 1099-MISC.

Note the IRS has accelerated the due date for filing Form 1099 that includes nonemployee compensation (NEC) from February 28 to February 1.
